I started Clearway Downsizing because too many people go through a move or deal with an estate without anyone treating their home or items with care. I handle everything personally and I will communicate with you through the entire process from start to finish. My priority is providing you the best service possible and being someone who you'd recommend to your friends.
With more than 5 years of experience in moving and reselling, I have acquired the skills to help you move onto the next chapter and provide you the best value. We focus on getting you value for your used items through a variety of outlets that we sell goods through.
We come through the home, flag items worth selling, and put together a plan and timeline before anything moves. Our first priority is to understand what you want to keep. We will walk through the home with you to identify important items to set aside for you or family members.
Furniture, collectibles, and other items of value get listed, priced, and sold. We take a commission only on what sells, with nothing upfront.
We remove what's left, donating and disposing responsibly. We believe in reusing everything possible to prevent waste. We only dispose of what can't be reused or resold.
Whether you are moving, need items gone, or have been left with an estate to deal with, we can handle the removal of the items from start to finish.
We identify, price, and sell furniture, household items, electronics and other goods with resale value on your behalf.
Everything left over is hauled away, with donation and recycling handled before landfill.

Agreed to upfront, so there's no surprise invoice once the truck shows up.
We're paid a commission on what sells, so it's in our interest to sell items for what they're worth. Clearway Downsizing will attempt to resell these items, and split the proceeds with you 50/50. Any items we cannot sell we will donate on your behalf.
